How to request deletion of your Puestazo account
If you created an account in the Puestazo app, you can request that your account and associated data be deleted.
Steps to request account deletion
- Open the Puestazo app on your Android device.
- Go to the Profile section.
- Tap on Delete account (or Account settings > Delete account).
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
If you are unable to access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing us at
puestazo@nelpaztel.com
with the subject line “Puestazo – Account Deletion Request” and the email address you used to create your account.
What data is deleted
When we delete your account, we delete or anonymize the following:

Your Puestazo account profile (name, email, and any optional profile details).

Your login credentials associated with Puestazo.

Your favorites, saved trucks, and in-app preferences.

Any content you submitted that is tied only to your account, such as private lists or personal notes.
What data may be retained
Some data may be retained for a limited time for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons, such as:

Basic activity records (for example, anonymized technical logs).

Billing or transaction records if required by law.

Public contributions that are needed for the app to function, such as place listings that you created or verified. In those cases, we remove your personal link to the data (for example, by anonymizing the owner) while keeping the listing active so other users can still find that truck.
We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after confirming your identity.
